When you register for IIMBue 2026, we collect the following information:

  • Alumni details: Batch year and programme information.
  • Attendee details: Names and dietary preferences for accompanying guests, if applicable.
  • Payment information: Payment is processed entirely by Razorpay. We do not store your card numbers, bank account details, or UPI IDs on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Processing your ticket registration and sending confirmation details.
  • Communicating event-related updates, schedule changes, or important announcements.
  • Preparing attendee badges and event logistics.
  • Contacting you for support related to your registration.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties without your explicit permission. Your information is used exclusively for IIMBue 2026 event operations. The only exception is Razorpay, which processes your payment as our payment gateway partner, subject to their own privacy policy.

5. Data Security

  • All data transmitted to and from this platform is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
  • Payment processing is handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway.
  • Access to personal data is restricted to authorised event organisers only.

6. Data Retention

Your registration data is retained for the duration necessary to manage the event and handle any post-event queries. Data will be securely deleted within a reasonable period after the conclusion of IIMBue 2026, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate organisational record-keeping.
